- SPCcanada Lawyers have the tools necessary to quickly obtain historical sales data on a property and an online property valuation complete with sales data on comparable homes that have sold recently and nearby.
3. Schedule an appointment with the Lawyer you choose to represent you in the sale and transfer of your property.
Bring to the appointment:
- A copy of the Appraisal Report (if you decided to have one performed).
- This Property Data Sheet filled out to the best of your ability.
- This Property Disclosure Statement filled out to the best of your ability.
- Digital Photo's of your property. E-mailing in advance will also work.
4. At the meeting you and your lawyer will:
- review the various tasks involved in the sales process right through to the property transfer. YOU decide what best serves you;
- enter into a retainer agreement to meet your needs. The "unbundling of services" can save you even more money.
5. The Law Firm will load the listing information onto www.SPCcanada.ca. The listing will be live immediately if you desire.
